Shipping & Delivery

At the moment, Oak Mountain Outfitters only ships to physical US addresses.  We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement immediately after the order is placed. When the order is shipped from our distribution center you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. Standard delivery time for most orders is 3-6 business days from date of shipment.

Our shipping costs are based on the value of your order.  On heavy items, you will sometimes find that we have added a heavy item charge.  Often, our shipping rates are still lower than regular shipping through UPS or FedEx.

Privacy & Security

We will only collect and use personal identifying information (such as a first and last name, physical address including a street name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) when a user voluntarily provides it to us. In order to use some portions of our websites, or in order to undertake certain actions (such as setting up an account to make a purchase), a user must first complete a registration form or provide an e-mail address that will require disclosure of personal identifying information. Such disclosure is strictly voluntary. Returns & Replacements

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours except where the order has already shipped. For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition. Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization from Oak Mountain Outfitters. We do not refund shipping for returned orders, except when incorrect item was sent.  Upon receipt of returned item, item's purchase price (minus shipping) will be refunded.  Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.


Immediately upon completing an online order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once shipped, you will also receive an email showing your delivery confirmation or tracking number and the exact shipping date. Be sure to provide us with an accurate email address so you can receive these notifications.

Updating Account Information

Once you have registered on our website, your billing and shipping information is available to view and edit once you login here. You may also see your order history, and quickly create a new order from previous orders. If you do not remember your login information, you may request that the information be emailed to you from the shopping cart.
